The CSPS lectures given by Colin Hopkins in October 2007 are set out below Please note: These slides are presented as Powerpoint programmes. The following instructions are for PCs using Windows. Mac operating systems work ok but don't show all the icons (e.g. "Slide Show") Once the programme is up-loaded the slides are best viewed by clicking the "slide show icon" in the bottom right-hand corner of the screen Then, to return to the page you are on now, press the back browser button on top left-hand corner of the screen Some images (especially electronmicrographs) use large amounts of data and, depending on the computer/server you are using, may take up to 20 seconds to load Even after this page is visible the videos take an additional 30 to 60 seconds to up-load I will only know if you are having difficulties with this website if you tell me - writing to me at c.hopkins@imperial.ac.uk will get a prompt reply The caveat from Microsoft about your browser "not being able to show properly" is unlikely to cause you any problem.
